The social security agreement between the United Kingdom and Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway entered into force on 1 January 2024. The agreement was signed on 30 June 2023 and restores the social security relations between the United Kingdom and these EEA countries following the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU. The agreement generally applies from the date of its entry into force.
