The Government of Saint Lucia has announced the extension of the tax amnesty program by one year to 1 May 2026. The tax amnesty program provides a 100% waiver of interest and penalties on all outstanding tax liabilities for periods up to and including 2023, which has also been extended from 2021. The amnesty covers all tax types, including income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes. To qualify, the principal tax owed must be paid by 1 May 2026.
