San Marino has published Delegated Decree No. 8 of 30 January 2020, which ratified Delegated Decree No. 109/2019 on the introduction of an extraordinary tax on certain immovable property. The tax is due by companies and other legal entities, with the exception of religious entities, recognized associations, foundations, and trusts.
