San Marino has published Law Decree No. 52/2020, which entered into force on 20 March 2020 and provides several measures to mitigate the economic impact of COVID-19. The Law Decree includes a general suspension of any tax payments to 6 April 2020, without any sanctions. Suspending payments must be paid by the following fifteenth working day.
