San Marino has published Council Decree No. 59 of 20 March 2024, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Argentina. The agreement, signed 25 August 2024, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
