Saudi Arabia Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Hong Kong

On 3 April 2018, the Saudi Cabinet approved the pending income tax treaty with Hong Kong. The treaty, signed 24 August 2017 ({News-2017-08-29/T/4-previous coverage}), is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force on the first day of the second month following the exchange of the ratification instruments.
