Saudi Arabia Approves Ratification of Mutual Assistance Convention

On 25 August 2014, Saudi Arabia's Cabinet approved for ratification the Council of Europe-OECD Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. The convention and amending protocol was signed by Saudi Arabia on 29 May 2013, and will enter into force and apply from the first day after a three month period following the deposit of the ratification instrument.
