The Saudi Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has published E-Invoicing Detailed Guidelines. The guidelines contain the requirements for E-Invoicing (FATOORAH) as well as technical and security requirements for taxpayers and E-Invoicing providers.
