According to a release from the Saudi Press Agency, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Finance signed income tax treaties with Croatia and Kuwait on 4 December 2024. Both treaties are the first of their kind between Saudi Arabia and the respective countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaties will be published once available.
