Officials from Saudi Arabia and Slovenia met to discuss bilateral relations during the recent Future Investment Initiative conference held in Riyadh from 29 to 31 October 2024. Among other things, the officials discussed the possible conclusion of an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
