Second Round of Tax Treaty Negotiations Held between Laos and the Philippines

Officials from Laos and the Philippines held the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty from 25 to 27 March 2025. The first round was held from 4 to 6 December 2024. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
