U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has introduced the Fair Trade with China Enforcement Act (Bill S.2826), which is meant to safeguard certain technology and intellectual property in the U.S. from export to or influence by China and to protect U.S. industry from unfair competition by China.
