Senegal Cabinet Approves Pending Tax Treaty with the Czech Republic

On 1 December 2021, Senegal's Cabinet approved for ratification the pending income tax treaty with the Czech Republic. The treaty, signed 22 January 2020, is the first of its kind between the two countries. It will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
