On 19 June 2014, the Serbian parliament approved for ratification the tax treaty with Armenia. The treaty was signed 10 march 2014, and is the first of its kind between the two countries.
Taxes Covered
The treaty covers individual and corporate income taxes, and property taxes of both countries.
Withholding Tax Rates
- Dividends - 8%
- Interest - 8%
- Royalties - 8%
Double Taxation Relief
Both countries use the credit method for the elimination of double taxation.
