Serbia's Ministry of Finance has published the Law on Electronic Invoicing, which was originally published in the Official Gazette on 29 April 2021 and entered into force on 7 May 2021. The law regulates the introduction of a new electronic invoicing system, including rules on the issuance, sending, receipt, processing, storage, and content of electronic invoices for transactions between public sector entities, between private sector entities, and between public and private sector entities.
