Serbia published in the Official Gazette on 20 March 2020 the Regulation on Emergency Tax Measures to Mitigate the Economic Consequences of COVID-19. The regulation provides that for taxpayers that already have a tax payment agreement with the tax administration, no action will be taken to annul such agreement, and collection procedures will not be enforced beginning from March 2020, without interest.
