On 13 February 2023, Serbia published in the Official Gazette the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Tunisia. The agreement, signed 28 March 2022, is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
