The OECD has published an updated (consolidated) MLI position deposited by Serbia on 27 September 2023. The updates concern the entry into force dates of Serbia's income tax treaties with Indonesia and Morocco. This includes the tax treaty with Indonesia entered into force on 13 December 2018 and the tax treaty with Morocco entered into force on 19 April 2023. The two treaties were not yet in force when Serbia originally deposited its MLI position in June 2018.
