The Government of Sint Maarten published Regulation AB 2023 No. 31 on 7 July 2023, which replaces the income tax tables ( annex I) recently set by Regulation AB 2023 No. 29. In particular, the second to third bracket threshold is changed from ANG 48,084 to ANG 49,084, resulting in the following brackets/rates:

- over ANG 32,722 up to 49,084 - 20.00%
- over ANG 49,084 up to 68,172 - 26.25%
- over ANG 68,172 up to 102,255 - 33.75%
