The Sint Maarten Ministry of Finance reportedly issued a decree on 11 May 2020 that updates the individual income tax brackets for 2020. The brackets/rates are as follows:
- up to ANG 32,054 - 12.50%
- over ANG 32,054 up to 48,082 - 20.00%
- over ANG 48,082 up to 66,781 - 26.25%
- over ANG 66,781 up to 100,169 - 33.75%
- over ANG 100,169 up to 141,572 - 40.00%
- over ANG 141,572 - 47.50%
The brackets/rates are effective from 1 January 2020.
