The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic has issued a proposal for the conclusion of an amending protocol to the 2016 income tax treaty with Iran. The protocol would be the first to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force. The deadline for comments is 21 September 2023.
