Slovenia's Ministry of Finance has published the synthesized texts of the 2004 tax treaty with the Netherlands, the 2008 tax treaty with Norway, the 2013 tax treaty with the UAE, and the 2003 tax treaty with Ukraine as impacted by the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The documents were prepared on the basis of the MLI positions submitted to the Depositary by the respective countries.
