South African Revenue Service provides New Guidance on Advance Tax Rulings

The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has published the Guide to Advance Tax Rulings (Issue 2). The guide provides guidance regarding applications for an advance tax ruling (ATR), as well as an overview of the ATR process.
