Spanish Lower House Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Paraguay

On 23 May 2024, the Spanish Congress of Deputies (lower house of parliament) approved the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Paraguay. The agreement, signed 21 July 2022, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the second month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
