On 23 July 2013, the Council of Ministers adopted 14 decrees extending the operational period of the 14 special economic zones (SEZ) established in Poland. At present, investors making investments in SEZs may benefit from special tax incentives until the end of 2020. This period has been extended until 2026.
The decrees will come into force 14 days from their publication in the Official Journal (Dziennik Ustawowy).
