Sri Lanka Inland Revenue has issued a notice to taxpayers on an extension of the deadline for the submission of the Transfer Pricing Disclosure Form (TPDF) for the Year of Assessment 2018/2019 to 30 April 2020. Under standard rules, the TPDF is due with the annual tax return. The notice only states that the extension is provided taking into account the prevailing situation in the country.
