Sweden's Ministry of Finance has issued a release announcing the submission of a proposal that would restrict the deduction of interest paid to jurisdictions included in the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions. As proposed, the deduction restriction would apply from 1 January 2021 for payments to both related and non-related parties in listed jurisdictions.
