The Swiss Federal Council has issued a release announcing its decision to abolish customs duties on industrial products from 1 January 2024. The decision sets the entry into force date of amendments to the Customs Tariff Act that were adopted in parliament in October 2021 to remove all import customs duties for industrial products listed in the Swiss Customs Tariff.
