The tax information exchange agreement between Anguilla and the Isle of Man will enter into force on 25 October 2020. The agreement was signed by the Isle of Man on 3 December 2019 and by Anguilla on 11 December 2019 and is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions. It applies for criminal tax matters on the date of its entry into force and for other tax matters from 1 January 2019.
