The tax information exchange agreement between Aruba and Belgium will enter into force on 1 January 2019. The agreement, signed 24 April 2014, is the first of its kind between the two countries and applies for criminal tax matters on the date of its entry into force and for all other matters for tax periods beginning on or after 1 January 2020.
