TIEA between Costa Rica and South Korea has Entered into Force

The tax information exchange agreement between Costa Rica and South Korea entered into force on 13 November 2018. The agreement, signed 12 October 2016, is the first of its kind between the two countries. It applies for criminal tax matters on the date of its entry into force, and for all other matters in respect of taxable periods beginning on or after that date.
