South Africa published Government Notice No. 1573 of 2019 in the Official Gazette on 6 December 2019, which includes that the tax information exchange agreement with Dominica entered into force on 17 September 2015. The agreement, signed 7 February 2012, is the first of its kind between the two countries and applies for criminal tax matters on the date of its entry into force and for all other matters in respect of taxable periods beginning on or after that date.
