TIEA between Hong Kong and Greenland Signed

On 22 August 2014, officials from Hong Kong and Denmark (on behalf of Greenland) signed a tax information exchange agreement. The agreement is the first of  its kind between the two jurisdictions, and is generally in line with the OECD standard for the mutual exchange of tax information.

The agreement will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged, and will apply from the date of its entry into force.
