India has published Notification No. 40/2019 in the Official Gazette, announcing that the tax information exchange agreement with the Marshall Islands entered into force on 6 December 2018. The agreement, signed 18 March 2016, is the first of its kind between the two countries and is effective from the date of its entry into force.
