On May 28th, 2014, the tax information exchange agreement between Norway and Niue will enter into force. The agreement was signed in September 2013 and will apply to all taxes of both countries.
The agreement will apply for criminal tax matters, regardless of the tax period, from the date of its entry into force, and apply for all other tax matters for tax periods beginning on or after January 1st, 2015.
