The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs reportedly published an update on 1 December 2020 including that the tax information exchange agreement between the British Virgin Islands and the former Netherlands Antilles entered into force on 1 December 2019. The agreement, signed 11 September 2009, is generally effective from the date of its entry into force for exchange between the British Virgin Islands and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba (the BES Islands), Curaçao, and Sint Maarten.
