TIEA between the British Virgin Islands and Poland to Enter into Force

Following the exchange of the ratification instruments, the tax information exchange agreement between the British Virgin Islands and Poland is set to enter into force on 1 January 2015, and applies from that date. The agreement, signed 29 November 2013, is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and is line with the OECD standard for information exchange.
