Taiwan's Ministry of Finance has issued a notice announcing an extension of the annual tax return and payment deadline for 2024 from 31 May to 30 June 2025. In connection with this, the application periods for various investment tax credits (deductions) have also been extended to the same date, including the investment credits for R&D expenditure and investments in smart machines, 5G systems, and cyber security.
