By the virtue of the exchange of notes of 22 and 29 March 2011, the income tax agreement and protocol between Hong Kong and the Netherlands, signed on 22 March 2010, as amended by the 2010 exchange of notes, is effective in the Netherlands from 1 January 2012 and in Hong Kong from 1 April 2012.
