The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department has announced the signing of an income tax arrangement with Macau on 25 November 2019. The arrangement is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the arrangement will be published once available.
