The Andorran government has issued a release regarding a joint declaration with the Czech Republic that commemorates the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations, which also notes that the two sides have agreed to begin negotiations for an income tax treaty in the near future. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
