Officials from Angola and Morocco met on 24 April 2021 to discuss bilateral relations and agreed to expedite the signing of an income tax treaty, which will be the first of its kind between the two countries. Negotiations for the treaty were concluded in 2018 and the treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
