According to a release from Argentina's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the presidents of Argentina and Colombia met on 10 June 2019 and agreed to negotiations for an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
