Tax Treaty between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan Under Negotiation

According to a release from the Kyrgyzstan Ministry of Economy and Commerce, officials from Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan began the first round of negotiations for an income tax treaty on 4 April 2023. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
