On April 17th, 2014, the Croatian government approved for signature a draft income tax treaty between Croatia and Luxembourg. The Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs was authorized to sign the treaty. The treaty was initialed by Luxembourg in November 2011.
The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and will need to be signed and ratified by both countries before entering into force.
