According to an update from Estonia's Ministry of Finance, officials from Estonia and Guernsey signed an income tax treaty on 18 November 2019. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
