Officials from Germany and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) will meet in June 2014 for the first round of negotiations for a tax agreement between the two jurisdictions.
The treaty will have no affect on any other area of China aside from the Hong Kong SAR, nor impact the current or pending tax treaty between China and Germany.
