Tax Treaty between Germany and Serbia under Negotiation

On 29 to 31 October 2019, officials from Germany and Serbia held the first round of negotiations for an income tax treaty. The treaty must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1987 tax treaty between Germany and the former Yugoslavia as it applies in respect of Germany and Serbia.
