Tax Treaty between Hong Kong and Norway under Negotiation

According to an update from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, officials from Hong Kong and Norway will hold the first round of negotiations for an income tax treaty on 10 to 14 December 2018. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
