Tax Treaty between Hong Kong and Jordan under Negotiation

According to an update from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, officials from Jordan and Hong Kong are scheduled to begin the first round of negotiations for an income tax treaty on 15 May 2023. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
